Recontron Terms of Use

Effective Date: September 14, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Recontron, including its website, applications, AI chat functionality, multi-model orchestration, reconciliation features, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

The Service is operated by FG Brands ("Recontron," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Recontron Does

Recontron provides access to artificial intelligence models and tools from multiple third-party providers through a unified interface.

Depending on the feature you use, Recontron may:

  • send a prompt to one or more AI models;
  • transfer conversation context from one model to another;
  • compare responses from multiple models;
  • identify agreements, disagreements, caveats, or missing context;
  • use additional AI models to evaluate or adjudicate responses; and
  • generate a reconciled answer based on multiple model outputs.

Recontron does not itself operate or control the underlying third-party AI models.

Model availability, capabilities, response times, pricing, and behavior may change without notice.

2. AI Outputs

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, outdated, offensive, or unsuitable for your intended purpose.

A reconciled answer, consensus determination, evaluator result, or other comparison produced by Recontron does not guarantee that an answer is correct.

Agreement among multiple AI models is not proof of factual accuracy.

You are responsible for independently evaluating AI-generated information before relying on it.

Recontron should not be used as a substitute for qualified professional advice in areas such as medicine, law, finance, accounting, safety, or other high-stakes matters.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account.

You may not share credentials in a way that circumvents subscription limits or other Service restrictions.

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a Recontron subscription or use the Service unless we expressly provide a different eligibility standard.

By using Recontron, you represent that you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Recontron offers paid subscription plans.

Current launch plans may include:

  • Base - $15/month
  • Mid - $25/month
  • Premium - $45/month

Additional plans, including Premium, may be displayed before they become available for purchase.

Prices, included usage, features, and model availability may change. Changes affecting an existing paid subscription will be communicated as required by applicable law.

Payments are processed through Stripe or another disclosed payment processor.

We do not receive or store your complete payment-card number.

Automatic Renewal

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until canceled.

By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable recurring subscription fee and applicable taxes.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription through the account or billing interface provided by Recontron.

Unless required otherwise by law, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and you retain access until that date.

Refunds

Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, subscription payments are non-refundable once the applicable billing period has begun.

We may issue refunds or credits at our discretion.

6. Usage Limits and AI Costs

Plans may include limits relating to model access, token consumption, requests, reconciliation runs, or other usage.

AI inference costs differ significantly among models. Recontron may therefore impose reasonable usage limits, rate limits, model restrictions, or fair-use safeguards.

We may temporarily restrict unusually high or abusive usage when necessary to protect the Service or other users.

We will not intentionally charge you above your agreed subscription price without obtaining any authorization required by law.

7. Third-Party AI Providers

To provide the Service, Recontron may transmit your prompts, conversation context, uploaded content, AI responses, or portions of those materials to third-party AI infrastructure and model providers.

These may include services such as OpenRouter and underlying providers operating models from companies such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, Meta, DeepSeek, Qwen, MiniMax, and others.

A request routed through OpenRouter may ultimately be processed by a separate inference provider.

Data-retention policies vary among providers.

Your use of particular models may therefore also be subject to relevant third-party terms and policies.

8. Multi-Model Processing

Some Recontron features necessarily expose content to more than one AI model.

For example, when you request a multi-model comparison or reconciled answer:

  1. your question may be sent to several independent models;
  2. the resulting answers may be sent to an evaluator model;
  3. where appropriate, those materials may also be sent to an adjudicator model.

You should therefore assume that content submitted for multi-model analysis may be processed by multiple third-party AI services, not only the model initially displayed to you.

Do not submit confidential, regulated, proprietary, or sensitive information unless you are authorized to do so and have determined that the applicable data-handling arrangements are appropriate.

9. Your Content

You retain ownership of content that you submit to Recontron to the extent you own it.

You grant Recontron a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and otherwise use that content only as reasonably necessary to:

  • provide the Service;
  • route requests to AI providers;
  • maintain conversation history;
  • perform comparisons, evaluation, and reconciliation;
  • prevent abuse and maintain security; and
  • comply with legal obligations.

This license ends when the content is deleted from our systems, subject to reasonable backup retention and legal requirements.

We do not acquire ownership of your prompts merely because you submit them to Recontron.

10. Acceptable Use

You may not use Recontron to:

  • violate applicable law;
  • infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;
  • gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
  • distribute malware or conduct cyber abuse;
  • circumvent usage, payment, authentication, or security controls;
  • interfere with Service availability;
  • impersonate another person or organization deceptively;
  • exploit the Service in violation of applicable third-party provider policies; or
  • use automated methods to extract or abuse the Service beyond expressly permitted functionality.

We may suspend or terminate access for material violations.

11. Intellectual Property

Recontron's software, design, branding, trademarks, interfaces, documentation, reconciliation systems, and other proprietary materials are owned by Recontron or its licensors.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service or permission to use Recontron branding except as necessary to use the Service.

Third-party model and company names and logos belong to their respective owners.

12. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Third-party models may become unavailable, change behavior, impose limits, experience outages, or be removed.

We may substitute, suspend, add, or remove models when reasonably necessary.

Recontron may also change or discontinue features as the Service evolves.

13. Beta and Experimental Features

Certain functionality may be identified as beta, preview, experimental, or coming soon.

Such features may be incomplete, changed substantially, or discontinued.

You should not rely on experimental features for critical operations.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AND AVAILABILITY.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • AI RESPONSES ARE CORRECT;
  • MULTIPLE MODELS WILL IDENTIFY EVERY ERROR;
  • A RECONCILED ANSWER REPRESENTS OBJECTIVE TRUTH;
  • THIRD-PARTY AI SERVICES WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE; OR
  • THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RECONTRON AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

(A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO RECONTRON DURING THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM; OR
(B) $10.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Recontron harmless from claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

17. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Recontron at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of:

  • material violation of these Terms;
  • fraud or payment disputes;
  • security risks;
  • unlawful activity;
  • abuse of Service resources; or
  • legal requirements.

Where practical, we will provide notice before termination.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Recontron evolves.

Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.

Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance where legally permitted.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of GA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute not otherwise required to be handled differently by applicable law will be brought in the state or federal courts located in GA.
